Fishing in tranquil natural surroundings

Countless brown trout await you in the hotel's own fish pond from mid-May to the end of September. The fishing permit is available at Alpengasthof Praxmar.
Day ticket: € 45,- (includes up to 5 ready-to-eat fish) available at Alpengasthof Praxmar.

Important information:

Fish theft is not a trivial offence and will be reported to the police!

For fishing at the pond, the following equipment is to be carried along, which must be presented in the event of an inspection by a supervisory body:

Fly rod (all other rods are prohibited)
Cloth (wet) to hold the fish
landing net
Release tongs
Priest (wood or metal stick) to kill the fish

The following rules at the pond/fishing are to be strictly observed:

Gutting the fish is strictly forbidden at the fishing pond! Also at the well!
No rods except a fly rod
Live bait is prohibited
Caught fish must be killed immediately in a manner appropriate to the species.
Putting back caught fish is forbidden
Keeping to the fish limit of 5 fish
Fishing time is from 08.00 to 18.00, after that time you should leave the lake area.
Violations of the rules will result in a card confiscation and expulsion from the lake
Take rubbish with you and do not leave it in the hut or on the premises
