The Alpengasthaus Praxmar is located at 1700 m in the beautiful Sellraintal amidst majestic mountains and is only 30 kilometers away from the Tyrolean capital Innsbruck. Within a short time you can reach Praxmar either from the airport or Innsbruck main station by car, bus or taxi.

Arrival with the car

Traveling by car is easy and an experience in itself. Along the panoramic road, past streams, mountains and forests, you meander through the Sellraintal all the way to Praxmar.

Via the Inn Valley autobahn: Kiefersfelden – Innsbruck (direction Arlberg) – exit at Zirl
Via Bregenz – Arlberg – Imst – exit at Zirl
Toll-free via Garmisch-Partenkirchen – Mittenwald – Seefeld – Zirl

Arrival by train

The nearest railway station is in Innsbruck. From there a public service bus or taxi will bring you to Gries im Sellrain.
